Good for website content

I signed up for the Business Plan last month and really focused on the Website Personalization. Setup was straightforward, and the visual editor helped a lot. I had a small question about linking it to my CRM, and support got back to me in about an hour, which was good. The dynamic content blocks updated pretty fast. I did notice a slight learning curve with the segmentation rules, but once I got it, it made sense. My conversion rates saw a small bump, so that was a plus.

Easy to use, happy with it

I got the Personal Plan to try out their Quiz Funnels. It was pretty simple to set up. I just followed the steps, and it was live. My visitors seemed to like it. No big issues, just worked how I expected. It's been good.

Okay, some good features

I tried out the Agency Plan for a client project, mostly for the Lead Segmentation and CRM Sync. The bi-directional sync with HubSpot worked okay after some initial tweaking. I liked the flexibility of the segmentation analytics; it gave good insights. However, I felt the interface for managing multiple client sites could be a bit cleaner. It wasn't bad, but could be smoother. Overall, it delivered on what it promised.

Thinking of trying RightMessage but not sure which plan. What's the main difference between Personal and Business?

S Sam 4 weeks ago
The Personal plan is more for solo operators or small sites, pretty much just the basic personalization stuff. Business opens up more advanced features like the bi-directional CRM sync and probably higher visitor limits.

Yeah, I think Personal has less advanced segmentation and integrations. If you're serious about integrating with your CRM beyond just collecting leads, you'll probably need Business.

I'm looking for a tool for quiz funnels, comparing RightMessage vs Typeform. Any thoughts on which is better for that?

N Neil 4 weeks ago
Typeform is great for just making pretty forms and quizzes, but RightMessage integrates those quizzes directly into your personalization strategy. So it's not just a quiz, it's a segmentation tool that then changes what visitors see. Way more powerful if you want to actually *do* something with the quiz results on your site.

If you just need a standalone quiz, Typeform's fine. But for really using the quiz answers to personalize their journey on your site, RightMessage is designed for that.

Are there ever any promo codes or deals for RightMessage? Don't see a place to put one in checkout.

W Wendy 1 month ago
They usually do a 14-day free trial. For discounts, it's often automatic through special links, or you get 2 months free if you go with annual billing.

Yeah, I got mine through an affiliate link for a bit of a deal. Otherwise, the annual discount is the main one. Don't think they do generic codes you type in.

Does RightMessage slow down websites much? My site's already a bit heavy.

T Troy 1 month ago
Not really in my experience. It's built to be pretty lightweight. Didn't notice any speed drops when I put it on my site.

I was worried about this too, but it uses async loading and stuff so it doesn't block your page. You shouldn't see a huge impact.
